The short starts with MP2 walking on the sidewalk. MP1 spies on MP2, then goes back a bit, then quickly sneaks onto MP2 with a remote and presses a button. MP1 was hoping for MP2 to explode, but MP1 gets killed off instead. It then shows a text saying that Marking Period 2 arrived, and that Marking Period 1 is gone. Below the text shows a picture of MP2 in a happy pose, and MP1 in black and white with his birth and death listed. The short ends there.

(shows a street, then shows MP2 walking on the sidewalk. MP1 takes a peek, then gets back, and after a few seconds sneaks swiftly to MP2 and presses a button on a remote. MP1 explodes, MP2 walks offscreen, and the screen fades out. The screen fades back in with two pictures below that have MP2 in a happy pose with an exciting background in it, while the other one shows MP1 in black and white (with no arms and legs) with a dark gray background. Some white text next to MP1 says "Birth: September 9, 2013 (When school started that day)". More white text under MP1 says "Death: October 18, 2013 (After school hours). Text above it in white background says "Marking Period 2 has arrived. Marking Period 1 at last is gone.")

  • This is the first short that has MP2 as the newbie. The other two appearances of MP2 had it as oldie, as it was shot down by a cannon of Grate's, and blown off into the air from a rocket by Cee.
  • The Marking Periods seem to have a new design. Before, they were just the words MP2. Now, they have stick arms with five-fingered hands, and legs with feet. The words are now also on a rectangle with an eyes and mouth.
  • The entire short was done in a day.
  • This might be the first Squishable short without any Squishables in the cartoon at all.
  • Both MP1 and MP2 are male.
  • Just one sound effect video by MalitiaArmy was used for the whole short (excluding the intro and credits).
  • This is the only short and animation of Season 5 to be uploaded on Vimeo the same day as its real release date.
    • The next animation to also go on Vimeo the same day as its actual release date was Arista Meeting.
      • Coincidentally, both of these two animations are the second shorts of their seasons.

  • There are no shadows for either MP1 or MP2.
